Best Italian food I have ever had! Service was great and they were very accommodating for my father who is in a wheelchair. They do not have a kids menu, but are able to make a smaller portion of most of their dishes, which I think is great.

Family owned and operated! The owners are from new York and are real Italian. The dad is the chef and the mom and her daughters keep everything under control. They are all so very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, served hot and the pasta is made to order and not sitting around. The prices are so very reasonable. We have the meatballs caponata as an appetizer and it brought back memories of Sunday dinner at my grandma's! We then had the shrimp fra diablo over fettuccine and chicken francese over fettuccine as our entree and they did not disappoint. You could tell that the pasta was cooked fresh. The place is quaint but very well lit and very very clean. So yourself a favor and stop in for a dinner. You will not be dispatched and will definitely return.

Everything was so good and the staff was so friendly! The bruschetta was excellent. The ceasar salad had homemade dressing and had so much flavor. I don't get baked ziti so I decided I would try it. I am so glad that I did. The garlic bread was also good. I dipped it in the leftover sauce.

We stopped in on 11/2, When we travel we try to find smaller, mom and pop type places to eat, during a google search for Italian food, this place came up. Four of us decided to stop in for dinner, the dining area is a small, no frills space. But don't let that fool you, the food was delicious, hot, decent portions. The salad was more than expected. Prices are good in relation to the amount food you receive. Two of us ordered the lasagna, tasted great Two of us ordered the chicken Alfredo, tasted great Our waiter was friendly and personal. (Good luck on your pizza dreams) This is a 100% family ran business. If you eat here you will not regret it. We are back home now 850 miles away and think about how good this place is.

Don't walk, RUN here for dinner! Great scratchmade food. Nice owners, family run. A menu that is not too big, because, restaurants often cannot make that many dishes from scratch. But what is on the menu is what they are good at making. Good veal, good scampi, excellent pesto, good bruschetta, great lasagna, and yummy desserts. Clean bathrooms too.

We had a good experience at My Little Italy. The food was tasty, and the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and they even offer a local discount, which is a nice touch. The mozzarella sticks were a hit, crispy and flavorful, and the tiramisu was a pleasant surprise, light and delicious. One thing that stood out as a bit odd was that you have to order pasta separately for an additional charge. For an Italian restaurant, I expected pasta to be included with certain entrees. It didn’t seem homemade either, more like store-bought, but it was still decent. Overall, it's a solid spot for Italian food in Sevierville. Good service, good food, and a clean environment. Worth checking out, just be aware of the extra charge for pasta.

Family friendly Italian food. The food was tasty and comforting, and servings were generous. The business is only a few months old, and run by a family. I am sure they will be working on more atmospheric touches as they go along. We enjoyed our meals very much. Our dinner salads were fresh and generous. The side of roasted asparagus was delicious! I was impressed by the Otolano Ziti (spelling might be wrong, sorry!), which included a lot of broccoli and zucchini. My husband liked his side of broccoli along with a wonderful lasagne. The garlic toast was okay, but not my favorite part of the meal— perhaps there isn’t a great Italian bakery in this area. Nevertheless, we would enjoy returning to eat here again!

We found this lovely little place on the second day of our vacation and had to go back on our final night in Pigeon Forge. The food is absolutely amazing!! I never order red sauce because I am very picky about the flavor. Normally it is too sweet - not this sauce!!! I ordered again on our second visit!!!! The flavors dance on your tongue. The service is impeccable and the family very warm and inviting. You can tell there is a lot of love put into their food. It’s a must to visit!!

Nestled in the heart of Sevierville, Tennessee, My Little Italy stands out as a genuine family-run gem offering authentic Italian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, the warmth of a tight-knit family operation is evident—owners hailing from New York who pour tradition and passion into every dish. The charm lies not in grandeur but in simplicity, with a quaint, spotless dining space that prioritizes homemade quality over flashy decor.

The true highlight here is the food, crafted from scratch with an evident dedication to freshness. The pasta is made to order, never sitting idle, delivering that perfect al dente texture that transports you straight to an Italian Sunday dinner. Dishes like the meatballs caponata and shrimp fra diablo bring nostalgia and bold flavors, evoking memories of home-cooked meals. The chicken francese and lasagna showcase mastery in balancing rich, comforting sauces with fresh ingredients, while the garlic bread paired with leftover sauce becomes an irresistible treat. Even the simpler items, such as bruschetta and Caesar salad with homemade dressing, burst with flavor, proof of meticulous preparation.

What impresses me most is their thoughtful approach to accommodating guests of all ages and needs—with no official kids menu, yet smaller portions available, and genuine care shown toward accessibility. The service feels personal and heartfelt, matching the authenticity of the food. The prices are reasonable, reinforcing that quality Italian meals do not require extravagance, just care and skill.

In an era where many establishments compromise on freshness and family values, My Little Italy is a refreshing reminder of what authentic Italian dining should embody: homestyle goodness, genuine hospitality, and a menu focused on what they do best. For anyone seeking an honest, flavorful Italian meal steeped in tradition, this restaurant is a wholehearted recommendation. Don't just dine—immerse yourself in a local Italian experience that leaves you planning your next visit before the last bite.
